I don't disagree with many of your sentiments but 2 or 3 more years of this will be intolerable, especially when it is not clear the business model will survive intact. PJ is clearly anticipating a radically new strategy distinct from the litigation that has been raging for the past year. Did Q publish anything regarding the original Spinco? How can we get info as to exactly what Spinco-2 might look like? Advantages/ disadvantages? etc.
