Thanks to those who weighed in on my new Samsung 2494SW LCD monitor issues I was having. After fooling with both the software and physical controls, it seems that some things refuse to stretch out to the whole screen, while others are willing. <g> Don't really know why. Overall, satisfied, especially with getting presbyopia at 58, the larger fonts and brightness are certainly easier on my eyes. I give the monitor 8.5 out of 10, especially because cost makes it a good bang for the buck. amazon.com Stan
