I don't suppose it has anything to do with the fact that the 'perps' have little else to do, getting an education or going to church is derided by blubbering idiots like Bill Maher, while the majority of the populace wallows in the sputum of the L.A. Slimes, Demoncrap squalliing and squandering, and is morally freakin' bankrupt to boot..!?! CA has whizzed away it's money on worthless glitz like Michael Jackarse obeisance, while Enron stole them blind from Texas - and mighty PG&E was asleep at the switch while Gubnah Grayout Davis verbally masturbated in Sacremento. Sorry about your wall and fence. Maybe your Realtor, Tyra 'strut yo stuff' Banks or Barbara Boxhead will volunteer to help you clean up next time. .
