Hey ole buddy! Whatis up with you? Damn good to hear from you. Don't have any plans to get out that way any time soon. But than again if that article has much truth to it(I should thank Oral for sending it to me in a PM, thanks Oral) If it's true, we may have to schedule a razing party! I've never been to one of them razing things. Would be both fantastic and sad at the same time. Over 20 years of memories there for me :`(
