Best take your profit while you can. This dog has some big fleas. Check out the 1 for 1 distribution announced in July. This is in total violation of the securities laws. A publically trading company cannot just distribute unregistered shares to its sharesholders and then reverse them into a shell. They must file a registration with the SEC for any distribution. This company is playing fast and loose and I would suggest you be afraid.... be very afraid. Here is a company that is claiming to be building an internet company after announcing a Siberian resource deal. 17.5 million shares out and a 6 million float. Rumor has it there is an enormous block of shares in Canada waiting to be sold into the market. Given the current gap up over the last few days the short sellers are picking up on it as well. If you are long and in the black.. my advice... take your profits and say thank you. If you are not long... my advice... don't get involved or take the short position. Nonsynergistic acquisitions and upcoming regulatory nightmares...... not a good combination for those looking for upside from $2
