<<ISSM is the developer of a new generation of stable low cost Gallium Arcinide products>> ISSM never developed the technology to mass produce Gallium Arsenide diodes. I also understand that the equipment used in the process has been sold off, and the Scientists that invented and know the technology are no longer with ISSM. ISSM was able to make a few, high quality Gallium Arsenide diodes, using their process. However, whenever they tried to make them in larger numbers, they ran into problems. From what I understand, ISSM does not have the ability or expertise to make even a few diodes, at this time. Be extremely cautious, unless you like Vegas.
