ah yes, you are right, the 10Q said they needed to pay for the systeam acquisition by March 18 unless they got an extension from whoever is selling systeam.

I'm sure if the deal closes successfully they will announce it, but otherwise it is possible that they won't do a news release, but rather disclose the bad news in their 10k in June.
