CENTRAXX NETWORK COVERAGE EXPANDING
WESTWARD TO ALBERTA, CANADA
Las Vegas, Nevada, March 2, 2000? Centraxx Inc. (OTCBB:CNXX) today announced
that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with 753547 Alberta Ltd.
with an intention of entering into a Joint Venture Agreement to implement
the Centraxx network and distribute Centraxx products to the Southern
Alberta market, including the city of Calgary. A new joint venture
corporation will be formed and will be managed by Mr. Ed Dzieciuch.
?One of our primary objectives is to establish continuous network coverage
across North America,? stated Centraxx Chairman and CEO, Michael Ivezic.
