1/12/00 - Revenge Marine Inc. Completes Acquisition of JR Solutions, Inc.

MIAMI, Jan 12, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- William C. Robinson, President of Revenge Marine, Inc. (OTCBB:BOAT ), is pleased to announce that Revenge Marine, Inc. Nevada has closed the stock exchange agreement between JR Solutions, Inc. Delaware and Revenge Marine, Inc. JR Solutions, Inc. also entered into a letter of intent to purchase Preferred Travel and Tours, Inc. The combination of Preferred's upscale travel company and JR's user friendly software should create this millennium's premier travel website.
The management team of JR has been researching user friendly systems, with the goal to bring travel to a new level of convenience. Researching the ticket prices, locations and excursion services are the most costly aspects of travel companies. JR researchers are developing software that will sort hotels, services ticket and times at the click of a button. In addition JR's software will allow the user to view live as well as full motion video feeds of destinations and activities.

JR has also decided to open two new cellular phone technology divisions. These will be to continue development in personal cellular for both business and international traveler. This is to expand the use of personal communication and data forwarding service to be provide to their clients.

With the closing of J R Solutions Revenge is rapidly moving into the e-commerce of retail travel and personal communications.
