I believe they have no preference between Nasdaq and AMEX, according to today's press release. I don't know how they will try to boost stock when listed, but from what I have seen, when it moves off the OTC and onto the Nas or Amex, the price goes up because of institutional buying. Look at NSCT---check prices while on the OTC and then after it announced listing on the Nas---BOOM! From 2 to 15!
