Chris: Definitely! These scoundrels and the big boys are often partners in fleecing the public. The big block activitites that I singled out in the previous posting were without any doubt institution related. The impact upon NMPS is both positive and negative. As long as these guys are accumulating, NMPS should be OK. However, if this herd of mad cow starts distributing its position and heads for the exit. Watch out! By the way, could you tell me how I could access the instituion holding figures? I am too lazy to search for it because I have devoted most my spare time in uncovering the sex life of Mr. Price and Ms. Volume. Best wishes!
