Do you think you can get par for the SEPR debt at maturity?
Considering the small size of the outstanding issue compared to SEPR's cash balance, I could see it trading slightly over par in the near future. It would almost make the debt worth holding onto until you can dump it for 3-4% YTM. What's the rush to liquidate? 2-year government paper have a yield of 1.37% right now.
