I see there are signs the economy is picking up, that will help whoever. The rise in mortgage rates is one. Most likely not a help for you. Along with the index of leading economic indicators being positive. Retail sales recently. If the bubble bursts in oil -IMO -chances are it can. It will be just like a tax cut. RR
