Tim, Kolowich bought in shortly after he took over as CEO. Look further back on this thread as I'm sure I posted this info. I distinctly remember the total outlay of $1m; nice round figure :-) Keep close eye on any future AT&T related activity. Kolowich worked at early AT&T internet-related ventures (see bio page on INDV's website), so fact that he and old pals have nice 'n cozy alliances bode well IMHO for the stock. I had small old position at 6 1/2 but now long just under 4 1/2. Be careful & good luck! Mike
