If a group is really going to get going, it has to be better defined than "to support shareholder interests" or some other such nonsense. It is probably a good idea, being reminded of how the insiders are paying themselves relatively well as revealed in the audited NioStar financials, which might be forgivable if there were market deliverables. That said, I am not sure this is the forum to craft a mission statement.
