Also, how's this for a end-of-rally premise...

Say, COMPX and QQQs give back some of today rally tomorrow....if QQQ are below 60 twenty minutes before close tomorrow...you would expect QQQ to rally up (correct)...and, I extrapolate, pull some other techs along for ride (except for those widely-trading, sitting already on their max pain)..

Or, at that point- right before close, would you recommend looking for widely-trading techs who are trending below/above important max-pain levels...for a buy/sell?
