Interesting. I've never been filled by TNTO. I've tried two circumstances. One, there is a TNTO/Chip sitting at the best offer. I bid at the offer with ARCA. An MM takes me out even though there's no MM at the offer. I then go and SNET preference TNTO and can take him out. The only thing I can conclude is that ARCA didn't preference TNTO first.

In another situation, you have 20 chips show up bidding at the offer or above. I can't take them out because they are all preferencing someone and there's no TNTO. Even after the TNTO finally shows up, I still never get filled by TNTO unless I SNET preference him.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but it doesn't work for me.
