By the way, I will take nothing away from The Shareholder, as he offered a further explanation and his post after all was prefaced that it was conjecture. besides he has always been civil toward me.

Better yet Mike, I will also share with you the meaning of my comments below, because I was informed in " PRIVATE " by the company of how much of a non-event this lawsuit is. As you know Mike, the company has not stated anything public except in the 10Q filing regarding the lawsuit. In that 10Q filing Mike, no details were provided. But I do have that information now, and I can tell you, without a doubt it is a non event.
