Forgot BAAN, their recent stock action should answer your question. They probably wouldn't be a great pick for the same reasons as the others, plus they are likely to continue their slide towards obscurity. Did you include Great Plains? Or Lawson? Both would be more in line with your budget and their complexity would be more management for an organization your size. Whether they can meet your functionality requirements is up to you. ttf
