Update on the TRY subscription. The responses are in capital letters.

First off, I know there was a mailout last week, but we are worried about the tight timeline, since we gather a signature will be required at some point.

If there is no signature required from us, I assume -- but please correct me if I am wrong -- that it will be realtively straightforward. The rights will appear in our account before the deadline and as long as we have the money in the account, we can just phone our broker and tell them to exercise our rights before the deadline.

FOR CANADIAN SHAREHOLDERS THERE IS NO DOCUMENT TO SIGN AND RETURN TO TROY.

AS YOU SUGGEST, SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR NEW SHARES WILL BE PROCESSED BY YOUR BROKERAGE FIRM. YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR BROKER AND FIND OUT WHAT INFORMATION YOUR BROKER WILL NEED FROM YOU AS WELL AS THE PROCESS YOU SHOULD FOLLOW TO ENSURE YOUR BROKER HAS RECEIVED THE NECESSARY SUBSCRIPTION FEES INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.

EACH BROKERAGE FIRM WILL HAVE DIFFERENT PROCEDURES IN THIS REGARD. YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR BROKER NOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING NEW SHARES TO FIND OUT WHAT FURTHER INFORMATION YOUR BROKER NEEDS FROM YOU.

It gets more complicated if a signature is required. If a broker holds the certificates, will the mailing have gone to them rather than directly to us? If so, maybe you can keep us posted as to when they would have received it so we can harrass them to forward it to us ASAP .

THE BROKERAGE FIRMS DO NOT HOLD TROY SHARE CERTIFICATES AND NEITHER THE BROKERAGE FIRM NOR YOU WILL RECEIVE CERTIFICATES REPRESENTING THE ENTITLEMENTS. YOU SHOULD RECEIVE DIRECTLY AN "ENTITLEMENT ISSUE OFFER" DOCUMENT FROM YOUR BROKERAGE FIRM IN THE MAIL.

THIS EXPLAINS THE TERMS OF THE ENTITLEMENT OFFER. THIS DOCUMENT IS ALSO AVAILABLE, NOW, ON WWW.SEDAR.COM UNDER TROY'S ISSUER PROFILE.

Another problematic scenario occurs if the mailing comes directly to us but needs to get to the broker before the deadline.

AS NOTED ABOVE, YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR BROKER NOW IF YOU INTEND TO PURCHASE NEW SHARES TO FIND OUT WHAT INFORMATION YOUR BROKER NEEDS FROM YOU TO PROCEED.
