Alberta Star takeover of Sterling's Sunshine mine...anybody following this issue since the Nov 2nd announcement by ASX? Minco is owed money, but ASX apparently has a stronger claim to takeover Sterling. I talked to ASX in San Francisco yesterday and Minco has stopped talking about it on their site... alberta-star.com alberta-star.com I bought some speculative shares in ASX. (Also, I was told, but did not confirm, that ASX's cash position is almost as much as their MC). It would be a "steal" to get that property for ~$10M, but they'd then need some more $$$ to operate it. Looking for opinions...there's some on Stockhouse, but I know the personalities here a little better.
