I've always considered Raza the heir apparent also--right age, solid skills, and one of the few people at AMD that could claim to doing well for shareholders (w/NXGN). Seems to me that if things don't go well at AMD, Raza is in sooner rather than later. And if by some strange quirk of nature things go well, Sanders is likely to try and retire on top.
