forget the subpoena - do you know how many releases there have been WITHOUT the subpoena? THAT is what I want to see in addition to the subpoenaed information. I made my request for the name of the party seeking my information, and have NOT received a reply. However the legal department was quick to email me a form document indicating SI is not liable for any information it releases, whether they notify you or not...blah blah blah

I have never requested information from SI because I didn't think it was the policy for SI to give it away and I thought privacy was a part of the 60 dollar fee and that the USC was applicable blanket coverage, not company specific only when "pressed". Too bad for alot of people whose posts are here for perpetuity and for anyone to access, even private messages. Not that I care about my pms or posts, I am small fry but still feel the "violation" and concern.

Go Figure.
