It does appear that way.

For Citi to increase targets by this amount, in the face of negative trends, reduced earnings, and NO 07 forecasts (except for TOL), is just beyond belief.

I will not cover, as I have only my original short position and that is well protected against irrational upside. But, I will not increase my shorts.

When I see something like this from Citi, it only reinforces my negative opinion of most of the analysts. With that said, I'm not surprised by this, but rather disappointed.

There may be no point investing in the current market (unless you don the bull hat and ride the wave).
