Tom, your observation brings to mind a quip by one Professor
Doctor Alfred Asgis, the architect of stomatology, and called
by some "the last Renaissance man." I had the great pleasure
to know Dr. Asgis especially during his latter years. His de-
finition of economics: "When do we eat?"
