alan, i read the blog article you appended to my original question/post in your reply. i was curious about the referenced name in the article, suzette malveaux. i recalled there was a cnn anchor named suzanne malveaux a lot of years ago that i saw from time to time on tv. i did some snooping, and i found suzette and suzanne malveaux are twins (age 52 now), but from the pics i found i could not determine whether they are identical twins. anyway since i know suzanne's politics, i can infer suzette's politics from this article suzette penned in 2017 (although the harvard review showed a 4/19/2019 date when i clicked on the suzette malveaux link in the scotus blog your reply included. if you click on the pdf logo to the left at the top of the article, you will see it was from 2017, and the web address i have included for you shows 2017 also.) anyway suzette likes the nationwide injunctions due to her career path of civil rights. fyi.
