Hi Tom, Just one more response and I'm gone. Is this some kind of speculative bubble we are witnessing? Of course it is! Everyone in the right state of mind know that this is a speculative bubble... mania. When the 3rd and final wave of the boom kicks in, we will see speculative fever reach unprecendented and absolutely frightening levels, unseen in the history of all times. I strongly suspect that governmental authorities have abdicated their responsibility to curb speculative excess. They are also riding the speculative bubble and milking it for all it got. Businesses, investors, and even congress will fight any attempt to curb the speculative excess. The mega bull market will inevitably witness a very tragic ending. 1929 (and the 1930's) will look like a picnic in a park......Ted
