You have covered it well, the company projects to break even in the first full year of operation. The technology has been proven as you say, and market tests have been done. There is a demand for this service and the price is cheap at 10.00 month. CD Radio is on automatic pilot. Only risk I see now is a glitch in the launch and thats is not likely to happen. This guy evidentely has his own agenda. Shorts are playing with fire at this stage. Too many positives on the horizon. Steve, this is the current mood on the CDRD Yahoo thread. As long as no bad news emerges and the discount convertible holders don't start to flip, I can see CDRD going up much more (absent a total market crash). It has all the ingredients - new technology, no prospect of earnings to disappoint investors for a year or two, etc. CDRD longs sound pretty determined - but not fanatical, which is telling. I may even buy a couple of shares on the long side in case it does keep going. Definitely not recommended as a short despite its dubious product. Just MHO. Good luck.
