Concerning the earlier post about 8 a day Was researching competition and came across the information in a Linotype-Hell Site. Article can be found at lhug.com lhug.com Now, 8 a day, just a second, thats 3.7 mill in sales a day. Was it to read : eight a month, Quickmaster 64-2 instead of QM-DIs, they were working on eight presses the day he was visiting, there were eight QM-DIs in the shop. Anyway, for those that want a site reference, there it is. (personally, I think there is a mis-statement here) Reading his article I don't believe it to be sarcasm, considered it at first being competition. For the bears/shorts and anyone with a downside interest, the site I am assembling is 'not' intended to be 'all bull' (no pun intended). Any sites you have visited that show a down side to digital imaging or Presstek technology I will be willing to include (please refrain for sending quotes from forums), generally I like to include items from tech journals and print houses. digitalmall.net Later, TOM (will be interested in the clarification on the article if anyone has access to the Linotype-Hell info please ask and post - Thanx)
