AOL dropped in after hours trading on announcment of $300 Mil convertible debt offering. The speculation is that this is dilutive to AOL and will cause a big fall tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised to see this affect YHOO (even though it has no material effect on YHOO) just by contagion. YHOO is so ridiculously high, any small thing could send it tummmmbbbbbling.
