Well, I haven't been contacted, and SI hasn't been contacted either, but that doesn't mean that they haven't filed a suit. That message was obviously made in jest and was retracted to avoid any possible confusion within a matter of hours, and was obviously not taken seriously by anyone who responded to it in the interim. If there's a suit, it's apparently motivated more by "gold digging" than in any attempt to clear any damage to their reputation. I mean, it's been almost 3 months, and SI hasn't even been asked to delete it. It sounds like there's an attorney out there doing a good job marketing himself. I probably shouldn't comment on this anymore. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. By the way, I've never been short this stock. I was long for about a month and lost money. End of story.
