If Bush's plan is to provide assistance to borrowers who are 90 or more days late on their mortgage payments, then I would expect subprime delinquencies to skyrocket. Why would anyone make their payment if they can qualify for a bailout by waiting 90 or more days? Whatever Dumbya comes up with, we can be assured that it will be too late and cause more harm than had he proposed nothing.

I've sold some longs premarket and am now market neutral.
