The charge was only 4M, which covers only 80,000 drives. Iomega will make roughly 1M drives in Q3, so the charge in Q2 covers less than 10% of the rebates (if they're all mailed in). So the other 90% of the rebate costs have to be made up via improved production. I don't know if they'll do this or not. KE has said that he will not compromise margins for sales, but has also made it clear that they need to get drives out rapidly to set a standard (these two ideas seem to conflict). We'll see at the end of the quarter.
