There's a definite lack of parity in the remarks, Dave. Saying someone is of Arab or ME oreogin is a personal attack only if you're prejudiced against that group. Even saying they are an illegal alien is not an attack according to a signficant percentage of the electorate in this state; in fact, that makes them victims who should receive special treatment.

I think there can be NO question where redfish's remark lies.

There are ways out of this bind. One is "anything goes" which seems to be pretty close to where we are. The other is enforcement of the TOU as written. I'd say that change is so drastic that it should be preceded by a very conspicuous, unmissable warning to all that such will occur.
