With all due respect and I mean that very sincerely this stock seems to be a very difficult stock to call on TA. I have very much appreciated your posts and others on the board but my sense is that with such low volumes trading it must be hard to make at TA call.

FA and as outlined by Wolf and others and the drip drip drip of NR's is truly the driving force behind investment in this stock.

I think Wilyovet posted a reference to the number of shares held by the various interest groups and the reality would seem to be that this is a very thinly traded stock and as Chief would point out highly subject to manipulation by jr Bay St traders that have nothing better to do but flip a few shares around for a quick buck.

So even though I am very much a long, I find it difficult to play this stock for short term gains. The light volume and real potential for manipulation and the very real likelihood that Rebecca may drop a NR without warning makes this a tough stock to be a short term play.

I am much more interested in who is accumulating the stock at the institutional level, but this seems to be almost impossible to discern from brokerage trading info.

Is there any way we can track institutional buying?

That to me would be a great indicator of real support for the stock. For instance how does Dynamic Venture Opportunity Fund end up with such a large holding - what motivated them and when did they do their buying?

As mentioned many times on this and other boards the lack of "stock promotion" a.k.a IR, has not created strong retail interest in this stock. This stock is being marketed to institutions not retail investors - therefore the Acqua deal and all it's subsequent advantages as they private place their shares to US Dealers. Rebecca does not want to market to retail investors. Why should she? Therefore low trading volumes.

But, if somehow we could track institutional activity I think we are on to something. Any thoughts on how this can be done?
