Yes, but like Nestle' Beverage Company (..after the adsoprtion of Carnation - where the dud-grade Carnation cadre entrenched themselves throughout the Nestle' USA operations..) and many other organizations, the Peter Priciple is strongly in force to provide scapegoats, insulate top management from direct criticism. These sorts of ares-kissing, fudge-ups get promoted or placed on Dizzy City committees where they either drag down the class average or screw the system up completely at the direction of the Sr. Demoncraps in charge.

Example; that ugly, fat broad and Monica getting cushy FED jobs much above any pay grade they could have ever achieved off their backs or knees.
