They aren't going to do either of those things, IMO. First of all, unless they are blowing serious smoke (which I don't think they are), they believe that they are the best positioned DD vendor out there, at least of the independents. So they aren't going to spin off the drive company. As for selling small amounts of any subsidiary that might be "fully valued", I think they think that each of these companies have rosey prospects ahead of them. They already have enough cash to buy their own stock, and in fact have authorization to buy 25 million shares (more than 10% of the float).

We'll see. Luzco is a smart man, especially in the ways of the Street.
