if you believe that Cheney did not step beyond boundaries in ordering the CIA to not disclose a CIA program to Congress, you are hopeless How the fukk could you possibly be a lawyer? You say tonto is "hopeless" because he refuses to believe a nameless, faceless pussy who makes an ALLEGATION (that means a statement has been untested and unproven for morons like you) in the face of a direct statement to the contrary by a respected military officer and former CIA Director who went on the record to make that statement.
