Look at Lombard's chart for S3 today if you have any questions about manipulation. The chart server was down earlier so that i didn't have a chance to check it out before my last post. Even with (2) 50K trades today, S3 has never traded outside the 18 - 18 1/8 range. You can't say that this is due to supply and demand. Maybe if there was no demand the stock could flatline for awhile. But the 50K trades tell you that someone is either interested in buying or selling. Either way, the stock should have moved a little more up and down out of the 1/8 point band.
