The reason for the partial recount as I understand it is that a group of machines had malfunctioned...they re-counted all the votes from that machine. I have no problem with them re-counting all the votes. I am not sure why they are not doing it, but I am quite sure it's not for partisan reasons or the republican dominated state administration would be all over St Lucie county. Al
