I like to see them run promotions, but I'm not sure that this is the best method to get new customers. I'd rather see "FREE INSTALLATION" with a 1 year minimum signup. Its easier for people to understand.
Another (probably bad) idea I had was network level marketing...Sign your friends up and get a credit.
