The 2 new advisory bpard members certainly seem to have topnotch credentials. Don't know how important such a board is in the long run but they seem to be selecting the right people.

Would guess that the 3 for 2 stock split stems from a desire to increase the float (and hence liquidity) somewhat without cutting stock price too far.
