There is, of course, the consideration of Inflation which I did refer to and mentioned that it did not form part of my calculation. But there again, any country has inflation, and as long as it's not "Venezuela" it's not a "train smash". The average inflation over that period in SA was about 4% and in the USA was around 2%.
