<(1) the patents are invalid ... They won on part (1)> Do you really believe what you say ? The trial have not even started yet, and no one but you is saying patents are invalid. Many other "experts" on this board say there are big chances the SDRAM bus may be viewed as "Multiplexed", and even whithout the "bus", other claims may hold. Wake up, and try to be more objective and less biased.
