The article credits intc's PR machine for masking intc's screwups; truer words were never spoken. Only a few weeks ago there were several people on this thread that thought intc never screwed up.And further what's been interesting in the past couple of weeks is that each time intc's stock drops more than a point, the next day an analyst is upgrading his price estimate and/or his recommendation.

IMO this thread can never underestimate the power of intc and its ability to perform.
