Hello Eric: Just a qualifier here., my reference to 2 years is in the context of actively participating on this forum and a few years prior on Prodigy from an investor viewpoint., and not from a capacity of employment with any mining concern.
Yes., talking to Walt., he mentioned that many times the credits dont go to the proper discoverers such as prospectors who do the leg work in the field. In regard to money chasing crooked promoters., there are many such deals in all walks of investment., the key is for individual investors on a personal basis is to have someone to screen not only the companies but their principals., then maybe one has the beginning of an even playing field. The deck is stacked against most investors in Canadian Juniors unless youre an industry insider., whether it be brokerage., or otherwise. I think as well., individuals like yourself., and Sudhir Khanna do a necessary service to bridge that gap. But it can be very frustrating at times., I must admit., even knowing the geology., the principals., as you said a plethora of events can occur. Youre only as good as the last hole., and right now most US investors think there is a liar standing over each and every hole ever drilled. I love this industry., diamond exploration., but it is a honey bee trap., and one can get stung very easily., and most do at one time or another myself included. If you have the time., I would like to discuss some of your exploration properties., which is the easiest way to converse in detail., without occupying space on this forum.? I can be reached at Miner450.@Aol.com Sincerely George J. Tromp |
