This extends the current agreement, announced on January 19, 1999, in which PictureTel gained exclusive worldwide distribution rights to sell and support the Intel(r) TeamStation(tm) System. Intel and PictureTel also agreed in January to develop a common PC-based platform for a next generation of business-quality video conferencing systems.
