LOL, sadly I'm historically early. In this case it would be hard to believe at some of these prices... On the other hand we are clearly in a recession of the type of which we have not seen since the 30's [created by overinvestment and bust as opposed to inflation and then fed fighting it]. Certainly by any measure we've had quite a boom, hopefully the flip side won't be 'too' ugly. In any case I'm certainly not betting the ranch, but a nice bounce is certainly due.
