Yes, I am a stockholder in both Dimethaid & Macrochem.

I have held long term and trading stock in Macrochem and currently have more than ever. The brief summary (disclaimer "as far as I am aware/can make out"):

Well managed, working to a solid strategic plan
No shortage of cash in the bank = no dilution
Basic attractive technology being developed for a number of applications. Essentially SEPA enables large molecules to be absorbed through the skin (normally they aren't else we would all die).
Pennsaid allows a topical application of an NSAID (non steroidal anti inflammatory drug), which is more effective that, say, taking Brufen orally. Macrochem's SEPA delivery of an NSAID would compete directly with Pennsaid.

Macrochem's SEPA is applicable to a number of treatments - for example for treating Erectile Dysfunction, an established treatment is delivered, but via a cream rather than pellet or injection (ouch!). This is in late Phase II trials from memory.

Happy with both these holdings at the moment.
Patrick.
