The reports of US torture are too widespread to be just the actions of rogue troops. You assume all reports of torture are true. Our treatment of prisoners should be a paragon to the world and anyone who accepts less just doesn't get it. Perhaps you can name some country somewhere on this planet that treats prisoners better.
